What small business owners say about their systems
Most business systems are priced for what a large company can pay, and the sole trader gets the same invoice for a fraction of the use.
Learning a system with thirty tabs takes time when you only need two of them.
Quotes, timesheets and invoice records are what eat the evenings for most of the people we talk to.

One tool, one job
A quote template that does the arithmetic for you, or a timesheet that takes ten seconds to fill in, instead of a system with thirty tabs.
Built once, fitted to you
We build the tool properly once and adapt it per company. So it does not turn into a consulting project.
No modules you did not ask for
You pay for what you use, not for a price list designed for a hundred employees.
You can leave whenever you like
Your data is yours and you can take it with you.
Four tools to try
Click around. They are built as examples, but the buttons work.
Four small programs for industries we already build websites and ads for. The companies and the data in them are made up, but everything is clickable. The demos are in Swedish.

Made for: Caterers and event venues
Food-safety self-checks on the phone once the food leaves the kitchen: temperatures with time and name, photos of packaging, staff register by QR code and a report the inspector can read.
Made for: Caterers working outside their own kitchen
One link per job. The client follows the timeline and the day’s photos, and approves extra work with BankID. Everything is time-stamped, so there is a record if there is a dispute later.
Made for: Carpenters, plumbers, electricians and builders with 1–10 employees
The tools are work samples with fictional companies. Nothing you enter is saved. In a live installation you get your own address, your own range or your own jobs, and a fixed price before we start.
